Digital Onboarding Bonus Campaign

BKT rewards customers who register through the Digital Onboarding process in the BKT Smart application, as well as existing customers registered through this process who have not yet performed any transactions, by offering them the opportunity to benefit from financial bonuses upon meeting the campaign conditions.
 
Terms & Conditions
1. Campaign Period
The campaign will run from April 17 to July 17, 2026.
Only registrations completed online through the BKT Smart application are eligible for participation in the campaign.
 
2. Participants
The campaign is open to:
a) New customers registered through Digital Onboarding
Individuals who register for the first time as BKT customers through the Digital Onboarding process in the BKT Smart application during the campaign period.
For new customers, the timeframes for benefiting from the bonuses will be calculated starting from the date of registration.
 
b) Existing inactive customers registered through Digital Onboarding
Existing BKT customers who were previously registered through Digital Onboarding but have not performed any transactions via the BKT Smart application since registration.
For these customers, the timeframes for benefiting from the bonuses will be calculated starting from the campaign start date.
 
3. Bonus Structure
(up to 6,000 ALL in total*)
*A withholding tax of 15% will be applied to the bonus amount in accordance with applicable fiscal legislation.
 
3.1 Welcome Bonus – 1,000 ALL
Granted to customers who, within 30 days from the date of registration, perform:
  • at least one valid transaction,
  • with a minimum value of 1,000 ALL,
  • through the BKT Smart application.
For existing customers, the bonus is granted if the same condition is met within the first 30 days from the campaign start date.
 
3.2 Smart Bonus – 2,000 ALL
Granted to customers who, during the 31–60 day period:
  • perform at least three transactions,
  • each with a minimum value of 1,000 ALL,
  • across three different categories listed below.
For new customers, this period is calculated from the registration date. For existing customers, from the campaign start date.
 
Transactions between accounts of the same customer are not eligible.
Eligible categories include:
  1. Cardless ATM withdrawals/deposits**
  2. QR Code payments via the Smart Pay menu
  3. Transfers within BKT / within Albania / currency exchange**
  4. International transfers
  5. Customs payments
  6. Treasury payments
  7. Tax payments
  8. University payments
  9. Insurance payments
  10. e-Albania payments
  11. Traffic fines payments
  12. Mobile top-ups
  13. TV subscription payments (Tring & Digitalb)
  14. Utility bill payments
  15. Opening voluntary private pension funds
  16. Opening savings accounts***
  17. Opening deposits***
**Categories 1 and 3 are considered as one category. Multiple transactions within these count as a single category.
***These products must remain active until the end of the respective period prior to bonus allocation.
 
3.3 Loyalty Bonus – 3,000 ALL
Granted to customers who, at the end of the evaluation period:
  • are salary-receiving clients at BKT,
  • with a minimum net salary of 40,000 ALL.
The evaluation period ends at the end of the month following the campaign completion.
 
4. Bonus Distribution
Bonuses are independent of each other. Customers will receive only the bonus(es) for which they meet the respective conditions.
Bonuses will be credited to the customer’s primary account in ALL after the fulfillment of conditions and full verification by the Bank.
Depending on when the conditions are met, bonus distribution may take place during the campaign period or after its completion, within the following month.
If a customer qualifies for more than one bonus, the total amount will be credited simultaneously.
If the customer’s account is closed prior to crediting, the customer will not be eligible to receive the bonus.
Each customer may benefit only once per bonus type defined in this document.
 
5. Campaign Communication
BKT may communicate with customers through:
  • push notifications in the BKT Smart application
  • SMS
  • email
These communications aim to inform and remind customers about the conditions and deadlines for receiving the bonuses.
