You can make manual payment for your credit cards from “Internet Branch”, BKT Smart, ATM or BKT branches.
Any payment amount made from the statement date up to the last payment date will be directed for card payment.
You can also make the manual payment if you wish to increase your credit card limit based on your personal needs for purchases with credit card.
BKT has optimized the process of automatic credit cards payments. These payments can be done few times during the day with the following alternative choices: Prima MIN for automatic payment up to 25%; Prima TOT for automatic payment up to 100%. You can make your choice from “Internet Branch”, Call Center or BKT branches.
For all the Cardholders that haven’t made any choice for automatic payment, the process works as below:
In the last payment date of each month 1-st or 16-th, the system will be debiting 100% of the total amount due if the funds are available in the açount that will be debited, otherwise the system will automatically debit the açount for the minimal payment of 25%. In case when the açount has insufficient funds to cover any of the options above, the system will debit this açount for any amount found in it up to 25% of the payment due.During every payment tentative, the system will exclude from automatic payment process each card that is already been paid the minimum amount of 25% or over.
For all the Cardholders that have already made their choice for automatic payment on “Internet Branch”, Call Centre or BKT branches, the process works as below:
Prima MIN – up to 25%:
On the last payment date the system will automatically get 25% of the amount due. If the balance of your açount has insufficient funds to cover this amount, the system will get any other amount available in the açount up to 25%.
In this case, the payments for amounts over than 25% should be done manually from the statement date up to the latest payment date.
Prima TOT – up to 100%:
On the last payment date, the system will get 100% of the total amount due. If the balance of your açount has insufficient funds to cover this amount, the system will get any other amount available in the açount up to 100%.
Payment options of 25% or 100% can be changed anytime, based on the client’s need through the same channels.
