CARDLESS TRANSACTIONS

Banka Kombëtare Tregtare offers innovation for Business Clients at every ATM, including cardless transactions that enable a simplified platform initiated through Business E-Banking or BKT Smart. These services aim to facilitate the deposit of funds from your daily business activity.

In BKT ATMs, you can now perform cardless deposits in two ways:

  • Deposit with Unique Code

Manage your business deposits easily and securely through the Unique Code generated from Business E-Banking and BKT Smart.

  1. The process starts in Business E-Banking or BKT Smart for Business, where the user authorizes an employee to perform the deposit and generates the unique code.
  2. ​The employee receives an SMS with the unique code on their phone number.
  3. At the ATM, the employee selects “Cardless Transactions,” then clicks “Deposit with Unique Code” and enters the received code.
  4. The employee places the amount in the ATM deposit slot, and the funds are deposited directly into the business account.

  • Deposit with QR Code

Perform cash deposits more efficiently by using the “Deposit with QR Code at ATM” service for businesses.

  1. The process starts in Business E-Banking, where the user authorizes an employee to perform deposits.
  2. ​The employee logs in to BKT Smart, goes to the Cardless menu, and selects the Deposit with QR option for the business account.
  3. The QR code is generated at the ATM.
  4. At the ATM, the employee scans the QR code and performs the deposit.

Depositing funds can be made 24/7, even outside of office hours, without having to visit BKT branches.

Cardless transactions offer the following added values:

  • Convenience in depositing funds without the need to visit one of the BKT branches
  • ​Flexibility in choosing the employee/legal representative who will deposit the funds
  • Fast process by visiting BKT's ATM network

Information! Make sure that the deposited banknotes are in order and not damaged, torn or frayed. According to the regulation, the bank has an obligation to identify and block suspicious cards and inform the Bank of Albania. Any counterfeit notes will be held for further investigation by the ATM and the information message will be displayed on the screen.
